There are press reports that cricket has restarted in Channel Islands with special conditions. Balls are being sanitised there - I am not sure how but, in Sri Lanka, Prof. Arjuna De Silva has suggested the use of UB boxes - Read the full story at www.bdcrictime.com/out-of-the-box-solution-for-cricket-balls/Umpires in Channel Islands are reported to be standing to one side as the bowler runs up and then immediately moves to normal position for LBW decisions. I am not sure how safe that is because he will be moving into the area where the bowler has just exhaled strongly and any virus droplets will not have had time to disperse. Can anyone add more information?
