A Retired Batsman ( Reason - injury / illness ) is entitled to resume his innings at the fall of a wicket or retirement of another batsman. But lets say , a batsman is injured during the over which is in progress at agreed Tea interval, Tea is called. During interval he recovers and wants to resume innings immediately after tea interval. Allowed ?

What did you do when this happened? What's that? It is just a fictitious situation? Why not refer it to your instructor, or better still the rules committee at MCC? You should get a definitive answer from them.

From the wording of the original post it seems that this is a hypothetical question so MCC would not answer.
However Law 2.9 is clear: the umpires must be informed about the reason for retirement.
Once this has been done 2.9(c) requires that the batsman can only resume at the fall of a wicket. It says nothing about another batsman coming in nor anything about the ball becoming live again.
Therefore he can't resume until a wicket falls or another batsman retires. If that retirement is purely to allow the first batsman to resume rather than because of an injury etc then the second retiree can only resume with the fielding captain's consent (Law 2.9(b)).

No, if a batsman retires, and that precipitates an interval, he can't then resume his innings if he's recovered by the end of the interval.
However, if he's injured on the last scheduled ball of a session then, once Time is called and the interval starts, he doesn't have to retire immediately (if at all) - even if was unfit to continue immediately, he can wait until the start of the next session (which may be the next day), before deciding whether to continue his innings or retire.
