umpiring a match recently- the bowler after everty delivery let out a loud gush of air-in the way some tennis players do. Although non of the batsmen complained would welcome views on umpires actions.

If the batsmen are happy then that makes your life easier! If they're not, it would be very hard to determine if the grunt is a deliberate attempt to distract the striker. If you think it is, follow the procedure in the laws, if you don't, then maybe make a quiet request, but otherwise do nothing.

Agree with missingleg - even if the batsmen complain, it's difficult to do anything about it, particularly if it's a consistent thing happening every delivery.
