Do you use a card with a table of times and overs so that you can monitor whether the fileding side are achieving the required over rate?
I know some leagues issue such cards and I would welcome samples so that I can refine my ideas and perhaps offer a generic one.

My league issues a table, but it's intended for use after an innings to calculate any deduction of points for a slow over-rate, rather than on-field use.

We have tables but nothing for use during the game.
Personally I use a PDA running Windows Mobile that runs three Excel spreadsheets; one for over rate (allowing for stoppages), one for delayed start overs available and one for interuupted game overs available. If I'm asked any question relating to over rates or overs remaining it's only a matter of a few quick key presses on the PDA and I have the complete answer. This could be used during drinks, or during the walk to square leg if it's necessary to keep a running tally but I never need to; a quick approximation at 17 overs per hour usually gives a close enough answer.
