As a scorer, I like to use coloured pens and keep my book looking as immaculate as I possibly can.
The Staedtler sets of fibre tips are wonderful, BUT the downside is that the tiniest spot of rain not only spoils the look of your page, but can also irrevocably wipe out what might be an important entry.
I wouldn't admit to making mistakes (!) but of course it can happen (more often than not, batting orders changed at the last minute by the captain!) and even tip-ex can make things look messy.
Last season I discovered Frixion erasable pens - available in fibre tip and ballpoint - and they've been brilliant. They are expensive, but worth it - my captains are now amazed at the lack of mistakes in my book - little do they know and I ain't tellin'!

Acumen will consider stocking them in 2014 if there is enough interest.
