ECB have clearly stated that there should only be one person (unless same household/bubble) in the scorebox.
Later they suggest social distancing might be applied.
HOWEVER whilst the guide of 2 metres is low risk - they quote 3% probability of cross infection in 15 minutes & lower with masks and side by side. The risk does increases with time, especially in a confined space such as a scorebox, although ventilation and screen/barrier offers some mitigation.
Five or six hours in a scorebox with someone who is asymptomatic carries an extremely high risk of transmission. Just think about sitting with someone smoking a cigarette - how long before you react?

If both scorers use PCS Pro on laptops, then you can do end-of-over checks electronically - use "Support Scorer" facility.
