A ball delivered by the bowler. The striker doesn't attempt to play the ball. The ball hits striker's pad and then moves towards his wicket. The striker then hits the ball with his bat lawfully to gaurd his wicket. Then a fielder who returns without permission fields the ball. What the umpire shall do?

No penalties can apply from an illegal deflection (Law 26.3)

Yes no penalties can apply from illegal deflection. But the ball is in play when the fielder fields the ball who is also illegal. According to Law 2.6 the ball becomes dead when the fielder touches it. How shall the umpire handle the situation?

You do everything required under Law 2.6 except awarding penalty runs. In addition, because it is such an unusual situation you would need to explain things to the fielding captain and the batters.

Yes sillypoint this situation is very much unusual. When the illegally deflected ball touches by illegal fielder it becomes automatically dead. And in accordance with law the ball shall not count as one of the over.

All I can say is I would hate to umpire in the league you do, as you seem to attract all the most bizarre situations. I can imagine if you do the right things every time you will get mostly A's on an assessment, as most all of your abilities are over and above what would normally be expected of most umpires.
