Saw that and, even after several replays (albeit on my phone rather than a larger screen), I couldn't be certain if the ball flicked the stumps at the same time, or a fraction before the bowlers arm. I certainly couldn't be certain enough to give the batsman out...
As an aside, does anyone know whether the flashing stumps (to be used in the World Cup) are set to flash when there's any contact at all made, or when a bail comes completely off?

I know the thread is old. But as there is an unanswered question I thought I would post a reply incase anyone else stumbles across it wanting to know the same info.
The lightup bails are designed to only light up when entirely dislodged in accordance with the laws. The only proviso to this is they will have lit up if the bail 'jumps' but becomes reseated back on the stumps.
