ECB have launched a survey to obtain views from clubs and personnel allegedly including umpires, although when I took it, there were no questions mentioning umpires and it seemed to be aimed at players or people who might play or watch First Class games.

Totally agree Colin, it's as though we umpires don't matter to ECB if we are over a certain age.
