Slsapre - in this hypothetical I believe the bails have just fallen from the wicket without the batsman touching them. You do raise an interesting point though in that the strikers end umpire can and should call dead ball if he sees the bails fall from the strikers wicket. This would make it easy on the bowlers end umpire if it happens before the ball is delivered, because on hearing the call of dead ball he doesn't need to call no ball as the ball is no longer in play.
