Am I correct in interpreting your comments? Are you saying that umpire training and examination material is not going to be passed to ECB ACO?
I understand that ECB ACO clearly stated that they wished to develop their own material. I also understand that Scorers Board agreed not to pass any scorer training and examination material to ECB ACO - although I suspect that some ex Scorers Board members may not have been 'corporate' in this matter.

You are correct.
Exam and training materials will not be passed to ECB ACO by the holders? As far as I am aware.

I believe that if ACU&S GC were still extant, then they would dispute the claim by individual members of Exam Board to own copyright.

It could be disputed as much as GC would like, the fact is these were properly registered as copyright with permission granted to ACUS to use these by the holder/s.
