Can anybody on here get through to the ECB ACO via their number, 02074321240?
The other week I received a letter from them requesting I pay membership by direct debit, however, the form requires a reference number which I don't know of - so I assume I'm missing a membership from to go with the direct debit form.
Did anyone here have this problem? I am getting so frustrated with being put on hold by a recorded voice assuring me for 20 minutes that 'someone will answer shortly', before I give up. I have tried 5 times in a week - is there ANYONE in the ACO office?!
I'm completely stumped.

I've never actually tried to ring, but you do have my sympathy. Have you tried to email? ecbaco@ecb.co.uk

Graham Bullock and Mandy Doyle were always immediately available when they were called?

Graham and Mandy were not always there, but they did have an answering machine and did return messages promptly.

The matter is resolved now, thanks. I got through yesterday and they apologised for not being available due to their receiving a huge number of calls.
I was also told we'd get a new membership package through the mail, which is nice.
