The windows timezone needs to be changed to the time zone of any city in Australia

G'day, been trying to get the Australian umpiring cd's to work here in the USA , do we have to change the bios clock? or just the windows one ? ... You can find details of the CD at umpiringguide.cricket.com.au/website/about.htm. The FAQ section only says it isn't intended to work outside Australia so it's a matter of guesswork. I doubt if you have to change the BIOS settings and suggest you try changing the Windows date and time. Go to the clock in the bottom right corner of the screen, select Change date and time settings then Change time zone ... and choose one of the Australian zones. Setting back to your own time zone is achieved by following the same procedure. Do let us know if that works.

Setting the clock on Australian time does work.
We have been getting this CD for the last three years from Cricket Australia, given as course materials during the Annual BCCI Elite Umpires' Workshop.
